We exist to increase early identification of victims of all forms of human trafficking within Los Angeles County, to strengthen investigation and prosecution of labor and sex trafficking cases in Los Angeles County, and to address the individualized needs of trafficking victims through provision of comprehensive services.

The Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department (LASD)
is the lead law enforcement agency, in partnership with federal, state, county and local law enforcement and social service agencies and victim service providers, is committed to ending human trafficking in all its forms in Los Angeles County, with a keen focus on commercially sexually exploited children.
Saving Innocence
serves, empowers, and advocates for child victims of sex trafficking in Los Angeles. Saving Innocence works closely with law enforcement to provide on-call services 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The organization works to ensure children have food and clothing, as well as physical and mental health care.
Homeland Security Investigations (HSI)
is the largest investigative arm of the Department of Homeland Security. HSI Special Agents investigate a wide range of transnational criminal organizations that exploit America’s travel, trade, and financial systems. As part of their portfolio, HSI is the lead law enforcement agency responsible for combatting international human trafficking
The United States Department of Justice and the Office of the United States Attorney’s Office for the Central District of California (USAO-CDCA)
are committed to investigating and prosecuting all federal Human Trafficking offenses. The USAO-CDCA works closely with federal, state, and local law enforcement authorities to investigate and prosecute both sex and labor trafficking cases.
